Red Buoy Consulting, LLC is committed to delivering quality solutions to interesting problems. We select our work carefully based on what we can do well. Nate Bennett, the principal, partners with others in his professional network who are selected for projects based on their demonstrated ability to work closely with clients to develop solutions that are practical and that stand the test of time.
WHAT WE DO
We focus on three kinds of work: top management team consulting on issues surrounding structure, strategy, and execution; executive coaching; and leadership development program design and delivery. We are most interested in projects that involve new and complex challenges.
